Fully refined paraffin refers to a product obtained by using oil-containing wax as the raw material, degreased by sweating or solvent, and then refined by clay or hydrogenation.


Fully refined paraffin is also called refined white wax. The appearance of fully refined paraffin is white solid, with block and granular products. Its product has a higher melting point, less oil content, no sticking at room temperature, no sweating, no greasy feeling, waterproof, moisture-proof It has good electrical insulation. Because of its high degree of sophistication and low content of fused aromatic hydrocarbons. It has good chemical stability and light, good thermal stability, strong toughness, good plasticity, white color, no mechanical impurities and moisture, and no smell. Fully refined paraffin can be Soluble in: benzene, ether, chloroform, carbon disulfide, carbon tetrachloride, turpentine, petroleum, fixed oils.

Paraffin Wax is obtained from the distillation of crude oil by solvent refining, solvent dewaxing or freeze crystallization of wax, dewaxing by pressing to obtain wax paste, and then deoiling, and supplementing the refined flake or needle-like crystals.According to the degree of processing and refining, it can be divided into three types: Fully Refined Paraffin Wax, Semi-refined Paraffin Wax and Crude Paraffin Wax.The main difference between fully refined paraffin and semi refined paraffin is the oil content. The oil content of fully refined paraffin is less than 0.8%, while that of semi refined paraffin is less than 2.0%.The appearance of fully refined paraffin wax is a white solid with block and granular products. Its product has a high melting point, low oil content, no bonding, sweating, no greasy feeling at room temperature, good waterproof, moisture-proof, and electrical insulation properties. Due to its deep refinement, low content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, good chemical stability and light, good thermal stability, strong toughness, good plasticity, pure white color, no mechanical impurities and moisture, and no odor. Fully refined paraffin wax is soluble in benzene, ether, chloroform, carbon disulfide, carbon tetrachloride, turpentine, petroleum, and fixed oils
